The Salisbury District is composed of 64 United Methodist churches in Rowan and Cabarrus counties, each of which is committed to making a difference for the sake of God’s work in the world.

In Matthew 5:13, Jesus declares that we Christians are called to be the salt of the earth.  I take that to mean that we are to add God’s flavor to the world.  God is counting on us to make a difference by sharing God’s love with others and by inviting others to walk with us as Christian disciples.
